Job description

- Dispatch service calls with technicians as necessary

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and filing

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and organizing documents

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

- Experience working as a receptionist or secretary in an administrative setting is preferred

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality

- Must have ability to work daily at office location in Ronkonkoma, NY
