Job description

Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys throughout all phases of commercial litigation, from case inception through trial.
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Manage case files, document production, and discovery databases.
  • Coordinate filings with state and federal courts, including e-filing.
  • Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct factual and legal research as needed.
  • Maintain case calendars and track court deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with litigation support and document management technology.
