About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to support expansion and revenue growth across assigned existing customers. This role focuses on single-site accounts, helping identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities while building strong customer relationships.
You'll partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to drive account growth, improve customer outcomes, and contribute directly to revenue expansion.
What You'll Do
โ€ข Own upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing customers.
โ€ข Identify growth opportunities based on customer needs and product usage.
โ€ข Conduct business reviews and support account growth planning.
โ€ข Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data in Salesforce.
โ€ข Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to execute expansion opportunities.
โ€ข Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
What You Bring
โ€ข 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
โ€ข Experience working with customer accounts and identifying revenue opportunities

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 USD base + Commission, $90,000 - $95,000 OTE
