Here's Where You Come In

The Benefits Associate Account Manager provides administrative and clerical support to the Employee Benefits Channel in accordance with company practices, policies and procedures. This includes assisting account managers with client needs, assisting with compliance, and completing paperwork in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist account team in providing quality customer service to existing accounts; this includes, but is not limited to: Assistance in resolving billing and claim issues, gathering renewal information and general account assistance as needed

  • Assisting account team with annual enrollment by helping create communication material

  • Assist with special projects in the office as requested

  • Monitor and maintain accurate client information in account management systems as assigned

  • Act in capacity of client manager on assigned accounts
