Job Summary
The Associate Account Director serves as a strategic advisor and primary corporate relationship owner for a portfolio of franchise and multi-location brands. This role is responsible for driving client retention, growth, network adoption, performance outcomes, and overall partner satisfaction across Enspire's suite of digital marketing, website, local SEO, AI, and technology solutions. The Associate Account Director acts as an extension of the client's marketing leadership team and partners directly with executive leadership, marketing teams, operations teams, and franchise owners to align business objectives with measurable marketing outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as executive relationship owner for assigned franchise and multi-location brands.

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, franchise development teams, and operations leadership.

  • Lead strategic business reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning sessions, and executive presentations.

  • Drive retention, growth, network adoption, and overall account health.

  • Identify opportunities to expand Enspire solutions including Paid Media, Local SEO, Websites, GEO/AI Search Visibility, GBP Optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Consultants to improve franchisee adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.

  • Serve as an escalation point for both corporate and franchisee concerns.

  • Translate marketing performance data into actionable business recommendations.

  • Leverage reporting, analytics, CRM insights, and AI-driven tools to uncover opportunities and improve performance.

  • Partner with Advertising Strategists, SEO Strategists, Analysts, and Leadership to develop client-specific growth strategies.

  • Manage cross-functional projects and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Mentor internal team members and support professional development initiatives.

  • Represent Enspire at conferences, conventions, franchise events, webinars, and client meetings.

  • Maintain expertise in franchise marketing, AI technologies, local marketing, and emerging digital trends.

Job Qualifications / Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years of client success, account management, consulting, digital marketing, or franchise marketing experience.

  • Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders, including VP and C-suite leadership.

  • Strong understanding of franchise, multi-location, or enterprise marketing environments.

  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive retention and growth.

  • Strong knowledge of Paid Search, Social Advertising, SEO, Local SEO, Display, Conversion Optimization, and Analytics.

  • Ability to interpret data and communicate business-focused insights.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Franchise industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Google Ads Certification preferred.

Salary Range:
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$99,000.00 - USD$121,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
Time off (US Only):
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
