About the Role
The Director of Account Management will lead our growth and automation initiatives for Shipwell's strategic accounts. This individual will:
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, business process mapping, and automation for Shipwell clients
  • Drive growth and SaaS conversion for existing clients
  • Drive continuous improvement for clients
  • Own the formal QBR process for Shipwell clients
  • Manage a team of highly motivated Account Managers and Solutions team
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and finance leadership to ensure
  • Provide effective growth forecasting to help leadership with resource allocation, hiring, and decision making

What You'll Need
The prospective candidate will have the following experience:
  • 10+ years of Account Management/Operations experience with SaaS, managed TMS, and brokerage
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Demonstrated ability managing large teams
  • Demonstrated ability in scaling high growth teams
  • Customer obsession
  • Proficient at Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker
