Salary Range: $250,000.00 To $280,000.00 Annually

Reports to: AVP of Channels

Position Summary

The Channel Director is responsible for building and scaling BlueAlly's indirect sales ecosystem, with primary focus on establishing and growing relationships with Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs) and Trusted Advisors (agents/brokers). This role drives partner recruitment, enablement, and co-selling motions that generate qualified pipeline and recurring revenue through the channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with TSD partners (e.g., Intelisys, AVANT) and their Trusted Advisor/sub-agent networks
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new Trusted Advisors, VARs, and channel partners to expand BlueAlly's reach
  • Educate TSDs and Trusted Advisors on BlueAlly's Managed Services, Security Services, and Professional Services portfolio
  • Support partners throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through close
  • Drive market awareness of BlueAlly's solutions within the TSD and Trusted Advisor community
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key Trusted Advisors to assess performance and strengthen relationships
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, co-selling motions, and deal registration processes with TSD and agent partners
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline generation and revenue growth targets in partnership with the direct sales organization
  • Represent BlueAlly at TSD conferences, partner summits, and industry events to strengthen visibility and relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance/Deal Desk, Legal, Marketing, and Service Delivery; track and report on partner performance metrics (MRR/ARR growth, partner-sourced pipeline, quota attainment)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience recruiting and managing channel partners, including TSDs, VARs, and IT Consultants, ideally within MSP, MSSP, or IT services
  • Established relationships within the TSD/master agent ecosystem (Intelisys, AVANT, TBI, or similar) strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of Managed Services, Security Services, and Professional Services offerings
  • Demonstrated track record of growing partner-sourced pipeline and recurring revenue
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regularly for partner events and in-person relationship building
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
