Summary/Pbjective

Vice President, Channel Marketing

The Vice President, Channel Marketing is responsible for defining and executing isolved's channel marketing strategy, positioning the company as the preferred HCM platform for benefits brokers, and other referral partners. This role leads the development of scalable partner programs, go-to-market strategies, and co-marketing frameworks that accelerate revenue growth across the channel ecosystem. The VP will serve as a senior voice for the channel across the Marketing organization - influencing product direction, shaping strategic partnerships, and ensuring the channel is a core driver of isolved's growth agenda.

Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this leader will build and develop a high-performing team while forging executive-level relationships with key partners and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations to maximize the value of isolved's partner network.

Core Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, providing guidance, escalation support, and business planning
  • Develop and execute partner engagement plans, ensuring alignment with revenue goals, customer satisfaction targets, and go-to-market strategy
  • Partner with Marketing and Enablement to deliver training, sales tools, and communications that enhance partner performance and consistency
  • Drive adoption and utilization of isolved's partner programs, tools, and resources to ensure high partner satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to resolve partner issues, streamline onboarding, and support long-term partner health
  • Monitor partner performance and pipeline activity, providing analysis, reporting, and recommendations for improvement to internal stakeholders
  • Support execution of partner conferences, webinars, and field events that reinforce isolved's value and foster deeper partner relationships
  • Gather and share partner feedback with internal teams to inform product development, roadmap prioritization, and market positioning
  • Contribute to partner segmentation, tiering strategies, and operational processes that scale with business growth
  • Support due diligence and integration planning for new and acquired partners in coordination with the Network and M&A teams

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience. May require advanced degree.

Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations. Recognized as an influential leader. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel programs, or B2B relationship management, preferably in SaaS or HCM
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to execute partner strategy across a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing multiple high-touch relationships with attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Understanding of the HCM, payroll, or PEO landscape strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM, partner portals, and enablement platforms
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings and events as needed
