Job description

OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox Corporation
Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world's leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.
JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX's unparalleled content portfolio (news, sports, and entertainment) directly to consumers through an innovative subscription streaming service.
Driven by an experienced leadership team at the intersection of media, technology, streaming, and content, and built with the full support of Fox Corporation, this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise. Our vision is a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first, seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms. We are assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision, and we are just getting started.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The VP, Channel & Platform Partner Operations is the operating authority for how FOX One shows up to its channel distribution partners. This leader runs the channel and operating model end to end and works in close collaboration to set product strategy and execute across all distribution partners. The role serves as the accountable front door for channel partners, and sets the standard for how every FOX One team engages, including Growth, Marketing, Content & Merchandising, Analytics, and FOX Corp Distribution.
This is the senior operator who turns partner agreements into measurable customer, revenue, and relationship outcomes, keeps a growing portfolio coordinated as new partners come online, and makes sure no partner ever feels like five FOX teams are all their manager. It is a builder role and a standard-setter role: equal parts running the partnerships we have and defining the operating discipline that lets us scale the ones we add.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the partner relationship and operating model. Serve as the single, accountable front door across the channel portfolio (Amazon Prime Video Channels, Roku Premium Subscriptions, YouTube Primetime Channels, and new partners), owning the relationship end to end and the operating model that runs it.
  • Set and synthesize cross-team priorities. Define and enforce how Growth, Marketing, Content & Merchandising, Analytics, and FOX Corp Distribution articulate initiatives externally, so every partner receives one coordinated FOX One voice rather than muddled priorities. Own the business priorities across a matrixed organization.
  • Own partner health and the single source of truth. Run the performance scorecard, operating cadence, and business reviews. Know the true state of every partnership, and drive the cross-functional response the moment one drifts.
  • Orchestrate delivery across lanes. Turn partner agreements and roadmap commitments into shipped outcomes by convening Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, and Content & Merchandising, holding prioritization and sequencing so the right work reaches the partner in the right order.
  • Launch new partners. Own onboarding and go-live readiness for new channel and platform partners, standing up the operating model for each so launches scale without overwhelming the partner or the organization.
  • Resolve conflict and escalate with authority. Be the decision-maker who resolves cross-lane conflict on platform-related decisions and communications, partnering closely with Growth on commercial and offer strategy and with Distribution on deal terms and compliance, and escalating to senior leadership only when genuinely required.
  • Build and lead the team. Lead and grow Channel & Platform Partner Operations setting the bar for how the function works and scales. .

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Extensive experience (VP level) leading partner operations, distribution, or platform and channel management within a direct-to-consumer, streaming, subscription, or platform-based business.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex platform, OEM, or channel partnerships, operationally and relationally, not solely on the commercial side.
  • Proven track record setting operating models and rules of engagement across a matrixed organization, and getting Business Development, Distribution, Product, Marketing, and Growth to operate to a single standard.
  • Deep fluency in streaming operations: partner launches, quality of experience, merchandising and placement, offers and entitlements, and the realities of delivering across CTV, mobile, and web platforms.
  • Executive presence to be the face of FOX One to senior partner counterparts and to represent the partner portfolio to FOX senior leadership.
  • The judgment to hold the line on ownership and sequencing without freezing the lanes that legitimately need partner access to do their jobs.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace, and travel as needed.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Experience launching or scaling new channel and platform partnerships in a multi-channel streaming or subscription business.
  • Established relationships across major CTV and platform partners.
  • Background bridging commercial and operational partnership functions.
  • Familiarity with media, sports, or entertainment ecosystems.
