Job Summary

The Vice President, Channel Partnerships will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for high-impact partnerships aligned to the PatientPoint Precision product. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and activating strategic partnership opportunities both within PatientPoint and externally across the broader healthcare ecosystem. This role is equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy and personally driving deals forward — a strategic thinker with executive presence who is able to build a pipeline of deals and then execute and get things done across a cross-functional internal team. This is a highly visible role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration, executive influence, and demonstrated commercial success in key market sectors.

What You’ll Do

Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for Precision partnerships, aligning with enterprise growth objectives. Identify, evaluate, and activate partnership opportunities both within PatientPoint and externally with POC companies that fit the Precision product framework. Develop strategic business cases and partnership models that drive revenue growth and market differentiation. Personally source, cultivate, and close high-value partnership opportunities with key supply partners. Build executive-level relationships with senior partners and prospective partners. Influence cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful partnership execution. Establish repeatable processes, frameworks, and performance metrics to scale the Precision partnerships business. Lay the groundwork for future team expansion and leadership as the business grows.

What We Need

12+ years of progressive experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or enterprise sales.

Demonstrated success driving go-to-market initiatives and building strategic partnerships.

Experience negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.

Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to scale and motivate a high-performing organization as the business expands.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelors Degre, MBA or advanced degree preferred

Proven commercial leader with strong selling skills and an entrepreneurial spirit for establishing new high growth businesses. Collaborative and results-oriented, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Comfortable building from the ground up in an evolving environment. Base Salary Band

Base Salary Band: $183,700.00 to $301,000.00
