Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen financial discipline across the organization
Help build scalable financial systems, processes and controls to support future growth

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as a key financial partner to the Founder & CEO and leadership team
Build and lead a high-performing finance organization over time
Drive accountability, execution discipline and cross-functional alignment across departments
Support a fast-moving, collaborative and solution-oriented company culture

  • 10+ years of finance and/or FP&A experience within consumer products, beauty, wellness or CPG, including inventory-driven omnichannel businesses
  • Direct experience in one or more of the following categories: beauty, personal care, wellness, CPG, or similar consumer sectors
  • Experience operating within high-growth, founder-led environments
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, cash flow management, working capital and operational finance
  • Experience supporting multi-channel businesses across wholesale, Amazon and DTC
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

Preferred:
Beauty, skincare or personal care industry experience
Experience managing through periods of rapid growth, operational transformation or organizational scaling
