As Director, Channel Strategy, you will help shape how those channels work together to create seamless guest experiences and drive profitable growth around the world.
This role is part strategist, part systems thinker, and part connector-responsible for defining the global frameworks, channel roles, and guest journey principles that help markets operate as one connected omnichannel ecosystem.
You won't be managing day-to-day channel execution. Instead, you'll define the strategy, playbooks, and operating principles that enable markets to scale smarter, more connected guest experiences across acquisition, conversion, and retention.

What You'll Do
Shape the Future of Omnichannel Growth
- Define how channels across the ecosystem - owned digital, marketplace, and physical-work together to drive growthÂ
- Establish channel roles, priorities, and experience principles across the guest journeyÂ
- Help evolve Pizza Hut's omnichannel growth model across acquisition, conversion, and retentionÂ
- Ensure channels operate as a connected system, not independent silosÂ
Design Connected Guest Experiences
- Define principles for seamless guest journeys across digital and physical touchpointsÂ
- Establish frameworks for how guests move from discovery to purchase to fulfillmentÂ
- Partner with teams across Brand, Operations, Digital & Technology, Analytics, and Finance to improve experience continuity and conversionÂ
- Help shape how "Feed Good Times" comes to life across commerce experiences globallyÂ
Build Scalable Global Frameworks
- Create scalable playbooks, merchandising principles, and channel best practices that markets can adapt locally to drive profitable growth
- Define where consistency matters globally and where markets should flex based on local contextÂ
- Simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable guidance for teams around the worldÂ
- Support markets in unlocking growth opportunities across ecommerce and physical commerce channelsÂ
Drive Commercial Performance Thinking
- Help define how omnichannel performance is measured consistently across sessions, conversion, AOV, channel mix, incrementality, and profitabilityÂ
- Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to strengthen performance frameworks and decision-makingÂ
- Ensure channel strategies support total business growth, not isolated channel optimizationÂ
Lead Through Influence
- Act as a strategic connector across cross-functional and international teamsÂ
- Bring structure, clarity, and alignment to complex omnichannel initiativesÂ
- Influence senior stakeholders and market teams through strong storytelling, frameworks, and strategic thinkingÂ
- Help shape the future direction of omnichannel commerce at Pizza HutÂ
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in omnichannel, ecommerce, digital commerce, marketplace, loyalty, or related strategy rolesÂ
- Strong understanding of how digital and physical channels work together to drive customer growthÂ
- Experience working across ecommerce, retail, marketplace, or customer journey ecosystemsÂ
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into simple, scalable frameworksÂ
- Strong strategic thinking paired with commercial pragmatismÂ
- Ability to influence across highly matrixed organizationsÂ
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape new capabilitiesÂ
- Passion for customer experience, commerce innovation, and growthÂ

Salary Range: $164,500 - $174,240 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.Â
