Novalink, founded in 2003 , is a leading consulting and staffing company serving clients in public and private sectors in Information Technology, Telecommunications (IT/Telecom), Technical Networks, Finance, and Administration. With government agencies as our primary clientele, our team has a proven track record of success in providing temporary personnel solutions and managing government deliverables-based projects over the past 20 years.
Novalink is looking for great candidates to join our growing team as Manager of Account Managment.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following job duties:
1) Job duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide training to all Account Managers
  • Address 1st
    escalation / exception
  • Review and update Weekly report for Team result/Leads/Leave Calendar/Action Items for AM team
  • Oversee monthly AM/TAS call
  • Acquire Leads for Current and New Business development.
  • Manage/provide customer service to accounts as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization
  • Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables and ensuring profitability expectations are met.
  • Ensure that client issues are addressed in an efficient manner, informing recruitment team and appropriate management of any problems that may arise.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects meets Novalink standard approved Markups.
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Provide regular input on all account activity including status and call reports.
  • Responsible to oversee and manage all accounts and AM KPIs/Performance.
  • Generation of leads, and pursuit new opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Lead, responsible for CRM activities for all accounts, enhance relationships with consultants or clients: participate
  • Work with Service Delivery Manager to continuously improve recruitment process and workflow and team performance
  • Oversee and lead all submission requirement/ processes for all accounts.

2) Experience/qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in management
  • Great communication skills
  • Preferred master degree or equivalent experiences in marketing, sales, business administration
  • Preferred experience working in staffing industry or have experience working with MSP/State Agency
