The Roleย 

Asย Global Accounts Director, you willย be responsible forย sellingย SysTrackย within a specific namedย territoryย to achieve yourย assigned revenueย targets.ย ย 

The core functions of this role include:ย 

  • Formulating and executing a new business and expansion sales strategy within your assigned territoryย 
  • Identifying, qualifying, and managing sales opportunities within complex enterprisesย 
  • Meeting and exceedingย assignedย revenue targetsย ย 
  • Successfully managing your time, accounts and territory, and acting with a sense of urgency when it comes to your opportunities and accountsย 
  • Providingย accurate,ย timelyย and realistic revenue forecast and pipeline managementย 
  • Driving the entire sales cycleย 
  • Building strong, multi-threaded account relationships with CXO, VP level contacts resulting in new business acquisition and expansion growthย 
  • Working closely with our partner and channel teams to generate opportunities and maximize deal sizesย 
  • Serving asย a strongย teamย player and collaborating with ourย cross functional teamsย includingย Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Partner/Channel, Legal, and Financeย 

Requirements

The key requirements for this include:ย 

  • 5+ years of field sales experience preferably in the SaaS spaceย 
  • A track recordย of success selling into net new Fortune 500 accountsย 
  • Demonstrated success in overachieving quota ($1M+ ARR)ย 
  • Ability to understand complex enterprise technologies and articulate business value to a wide variety of personasย 
  • Possessย a strong desireย to succeedย 
  • Experience using the Salesforce.com CRMย 
  • Experience using Command of the Message and qualifying through MEDDIC is preferredย 
  • Experience with VMware, Microsoft and/or Citrix or other work in the IT industry is preferred but notย requiredย
