About the Role:ย 

We areย seekingย a driven Inside Account Manager to join our growingย salesย team. In this role,ย youโ€™llย engage with businesses and professionals across a variety of industries, introduce them to BuzzTechMediaโ€™s solutions, andย matchย them toward the services that best fit their operational needs.ย Youโ€™llย play an essential part in driving company growth by nurturing relationships, managing inbound and outbound leads, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Identify and contact potential clients through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and networkingย 

  • Present our services clearly and confidently to prospective customersย 

  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored service solutionsย 

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals in CRM toolsย 

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an exceptional client experienceย 

What Weโ€™re Looking For:ย
