What is a National Inside Sales representative?

A National Inside Sales representative is a sales professional who manages and develops sales opportunities primarily through phone, email, and online communication, rather than face-to-face meetings. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
