Job description

Inside Sales Director
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Director to join our growing sales team. This role will manage all call center operations within our inside sales department, including quality assurance. If you are results-driven, well-organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy leading a team, this position will be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and act as a mentor to the team

  • Develop strategies to improve sales appointment scheduling

  • Ensure that the Inside Sales Call Center team is always in compliance with policies and guidelines

  • Monitor the performance of call center representatives and report data such as:

  • Time and attendance

  • Daily production

  • Total overall results

  • Build and maintain positive work relationships with team members

  • Train and develop team members for success

  • Coach employees as needed for improvement and growth as well as for compliance and quotas

  • Schedule and conduct new hire training, continuing training, and retraining sessions as needed

  • Research and be knowledgeable of key industry trends, tools, and processes to improve department efficiency as well as to stay aware of competitor offerings and prices

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to establish goals and to develop tools and processes

  • Monitor calls with the help of the Quality Assurance Team to ensure compliance and quality

  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and grievances

  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • 3+ years of Call center management experience

  • Prior sales experience

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Effective leadership and coaching skills with proven ability to develop sales teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Understanding of Microsoft applications and programs

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and quotas
