SALES DIRECTOR

Role Description

The Inside Sales Director will assist in sales department with functions necessary to achieve sales goals. As an Inside Sales Director, you will act as a liaison between the Sales Team and customers by nurturing clients throughout the sales process. Follow-up with prospective clients to provide information on our services. The Inside Sales Director will be responsible for growing our customer base by identifying and reaching out to potential customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have some sales experience and a commitment to delivering the highest level of professional dedication and performance. This position requires an individual who is a highly motivated self-starter.

Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets

Create and communicate sales goals and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.

Following up with prospective clients on sales and upselling when applicable.

Maintenance (initiation, updating and editing) of Customer Information data base.

Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation quota; and support the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.

Achieve expected volume of proactive lead calls while managing inbound requests.

Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through to completion.

Understanding of the Financial Services industry is a plus

Support the company's goals as needed

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business preferred

7+ years' experience in sales

Communicate clearly and professionally with exceptional written and verbal skills

High level of competitiveness, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to learn

Ability to generate original solutions to business opportunities and challenges

Ability to utilize continuous improvement concepts and philosophies on a regular basis

Ability to reach decision-makers and quickly determine potential opportunity

Must be customer focused, confident and goal driven

High level of integrity

Must be detail oriented and have strong decision-making skills
