Our business is expanding, and we are hiring for multiple positions as we build our dynamic sales team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will join a fast-paced environment, connect with people, and support customers across healthcare, K-12, universities, military facilities, and more - industries where your work truly matters.
Location: This is an onsite position based in Orlando, FL.
What you will be doing:
ASSA ABLOY provides unsurpassed security and life-safety solutions, as well the essential support services to ensure well-functioning doorway systems in the commercial building industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience - building relationships, solving problems, and driving revenue through meaningful engagement.
Customer Service/Inside Sales:
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage issue resolution (expedites, RGA's, CCF's, and more).
  • Drive revenue by managing target accounts through our Inside Sales Outreach Program.
  • Share qualified leads with the broader sales team.
  • Partner with internal teams to get our brands approved for project work and support substitution requests.
  • Distribute and follow up on leads in partnership with outside sales.

Sales Operations:
  • Keep customer data accurate and up to date.
  • Manage the lead generation process from start to finish.
  • Serve as a Salesforce power user.
  • Support sales revenue allocation and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports that help guide business decisions.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide backup support for Pricing and Quoting administration.
  • Jump in on other projects as needed - your flexibility makes you a standout!

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree (business or related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and contact management platforms.
  • Industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Can-do, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong communication skills - you're clear, confident, and personable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate work.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
