Freeman Northwest, Inc., is the local franchisor of Jani-King Commercial Cleaning. Since 2007, Jani-King has grown and is looking to expand further.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is office-based, focusing on computer and phone-based outreach to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with potential customers over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Follow up on inbound leads and qualify potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track activities, and update records in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections effectively

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar customer-facing role (1โ€“2 years preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is highly preferred
