About the Inside Channel Manager - Vonage:
The Inside Channel Manager drives sales, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. They lead a team partner motivating and training them to produce the best possible results. They establish strategies and methods to efficiently pitch and sell products to their customers, as well as build and maintain relationships with resellers to establish long-term customers. Channel Managers are assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market. The Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, marketing, and partner recruitment objectives.
Location: Remote - US
What will you do?
  • Manage a set of Partners to achieve sales and profit goals by selling Vonage UCaaS and CPaaS services through resellers/channels

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

  • Facilite all communications with partners; channel activities, marketing programs, sales documents, product roll outs, quotes, pricing, proposals, and support resources

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis

  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities

  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal and partner personnel

  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities

  • Prospect and recruit new partners

  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements

  • Achieve assigned sales quota

What Will You Need to Succeed?
  • College degree or equivalent work experience

  • Telecom, UCaaS and CPaaS experience a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Excellent Sales Skills with the ability to prepare and present sales presentations

  • Excellent communication skills using all forms of communication

Compensation Range: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 USD
The hourly pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $27.88. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $24,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role's responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills. Your recruiter will provide more detailed information during the interview process.
