The Channel Partner Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our Channel Partner Program and in delivering value to members of Buyers Edge Platform. This role is essential to achieving company-wide goals, and leadership will look to this position to help drive growth and strategic execution. We are seeking a high-performing, organized, and driven professional to bring structure and innovation to our partner operations. You'll be empowered to lead with autonomy — taking the reins to improve process, build relationships, and create scalable success. Experience managing to KPIs and performance metrics is essential.

Your Impact:

  • Serve as the key point of contact between Buyers Edge Platform and Channel Partners
  • Develop, service, and grow strategic relationships with Channel Partners
  • Represent the company professionally and consistently to partners and stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate product and service offerings to Channel Partners
  • Build and automate repeatable processes that support scalable, profitable partnerships
  • Measure and monitor Channel Partner performance and program results
  • Provide monthly reporting on activity, pipeline, and key opportunities
  • Host regular calls to discuss results, share best practices, and align on initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities and expand existing partner engagements
  • Create and execute plans to grow market share through channel activities
  • Collaborate closely with VPs on market-specific challenges, activities, and opportunities
  • Maintain documentation of enablement materials and sales presentations
  • Utilize Salesforce extensively for tracking, reporting, and communication
  • Build and deepen relationships with Channel Partners by understanding their business needs and providing exceptional support
  • Conduct regular meetings and calls to maintain strong communication and address feedback
  • Serve as the internal advocate for Channel Partners across the Buyers Edge Platform organization
  • Proactively anticipate partner needs and resolve issues with thoughtful, action-oriented solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and value expansion within the partner ecosystem

About You:

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Sales Management experience, including remote or inside sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and apply new tools and technologies
  • Passionate about the mission and values of Buyers Edge Platform
  • Comfortable adapting to change and shifting priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Restaurant or foodservice industry experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
