Summary: The Regional Inside Sales Manager will assume mentorship and advisement of the other Inside Sales managers in their assigned region. They will drive the regional call center structure and ensure coordination and consistency from their locations. They will work closely with the Inside Sales Managers and Director of Customer Experience to implement best practices with their teams. This individual will exhibit exceptional communication skills both internally and externally. This person will drive accountability with their inside sales teams and create a culture that is customer focused. It is expected that they will travel as needed to visit locations to set culture and best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Assume all duties of the Inside Sales Manager for their locations
  • In addition, serve as the coach and leader of the inside sales managers who report to them
  • Implement best practices and problem solve across locations
  • Travel to locations on a cadence to ensure consistent experience
  • Utilizes location evaluation form to score/coach
  • Creates a growth culture across their region by growing better inside sales managers who then recruit, coach, and grow better inside sales talent.
  • Monitor relevant metrics and track progress

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not a prerequisite. Sales management experience of at least 1 year, unless currently in another role within our organization.
Other Skills and Abilities:
The Inside Sales Manager must have a competitive attitude and desire to succeed. Candidate should have above average skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They should have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Attention to detail a must. Inside sales Managers must have time management skills, be self-motivated, be able to build relationships, and always maintain a positive attitude.
Supervisory Requirements:
Teams of 5-15 Inside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Leads
