An established Industrial Supply Company is seeking an energetic, goal-driven Inside Account Manager to join their high-performing sales team. In this fast paced, direct hire role, you'll manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails, converting leads into loyal customers and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. If you're motivated by performance incentives, enjoy building relationships over the phone, and want to be part of a company that rewards hard work, this could be your next favorite job.
What we're looking for:
- Proven inside sales or account management experience
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
- Confident driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable performance incentives
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Good Communication, both written and verbal
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
