REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years construction or subcontracting experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a construction or subcontractor setting
  • Experience in industrial or commercial insulation, coatings, mechanical contracting or similar is required
  • Account Manager or Project Manager experience in construction or related industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, finance, business administration or a related field preferred
  • Exhibit a spirit of cooperation & teamwork
  • Enthusiasm and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills a must
