Position Overview:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the companys brands within assigned key accounts through the execution of strategic commercial plans aligned with sales and investment objectives. This position is accountable for strengthening key customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering sustainable business results, while ensuring the consistent execution of commercial and promotional strategies in line with overall company objectives. The Key Account Manager supports the development of key accounts by delivering against sales targets, optimizing pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competitive positioning, and ensuring the effective allocation of brand investments, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that all negotiated agreements are successfully implemented and executed at the operational level.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial relationships with key accounts, ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities with new clients, channels, or regions.
  • Achieve sales objectives within the assigned budget.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and displays according to company policies.
  • Analyze sales performance, margins, and product portfolio results.
  • Coordinate execution of commercial plans with Sales, Logistics, and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Monitor indicators such as returns, inventory levels, and product rotation.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Prepare regular performance and opportunity reports.
  • Travel up to 40% of the time to visit key account clients.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the organization.

Education:

Additional training in commercial management, negotiation, or leadership is an advantage


Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, with responsibility for budgeting and direct negotiation with strategic clients.


Other:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Valid drivers license and ability to travel to retail locations

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Monday to Friday

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
