How does a Non Sales Account Manager typically collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction?

Non Sales Account Managers frequently work cross-functionally with teams such as customer support, product development, and operations to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. These roles may involve sales, technical expertise, or independent contracting.

What is a Non Sales Account Manager?

A Non Sales Account Manager is a professional responsible for managing client accounts without a direct focus on selling products or services. Instead, their primary duties include maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating services or deliverables, and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams. They may handle account renewals, resolve issues, and support the client to achieve their business goals, but they do not usually have sales targets or quotas. This role is essential for client retention and fostering long-term business partnerships.
