Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for account management, project coordination and service proposal for consumer product clients.
  • Responsible for promoting SGS services (testing, inspection and certification) to existing and new consumer product clients for deal closure.
  • Responsible for cultivating cross-functional partnerships by aligning sales executives, account managers, and technical/operational lab teams to ensure seamless internal and external client support.

Specifically These Responsibilities Are To:
  • Maintain and develop business relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Drive targeted revenue growth within a portfolio of established accounts through strategic selling initiatives.
  • Expand existing client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive market research for assigned new product categories and new client outreach.
  • Support market research for industry trend and industry association activities.
  • Manage projects from internal and external clients for domestic and global executions.
  • Issue proposal and negotiate fees, terms and conditions as necessary.
  • Facilitate the collection of required client documentation to eliminate bottlenecks and enable efficient execution by the operation and lab teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order concerns and requirements, aligning with operation and lab teams to meet all defined client protocols.
  • Escalate and resolve client order issues in strict alignment with client requirements, keeping operation and lab teams fully informed.
  • Consistently and accurately provides sales reports and other reports timely as required by management.
  • Other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.

Additional Information
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $56,000 to $75,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
