Job description


The Multi-Unit Manager position will perform the following duties:
  • Obtains and maintains key account business directly or assisting other sales people in doing so.
  • Coordinates all aspects necessary for meeting the needs of the key account (products, delivery schedules, reporting needs, communication needs, and new ideas).
  • Determines pricing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels.
  • Identifies opportunities for increased sales.
  • Develops sales forecasts and set goals for key account activity.
  • Prepares financial management reports on key accounts.
  • Attains sales goals for key account business.
  • Confers with customers to meet their needs which includes appraise, advise, inform, recommend, suggest, etc.
  • Prepares detailed customer analysis.
