Deine Aufgaben: Du machst mit uns den Unterschied.
  • In deiner Rolle betreust du unsere internationalen Key Accounts und unterstützt unsere Ländergesellschaften in Osteuropa
  • Du führst die zentralen Verhandlungen zu Konditionen, Sortiments- und Preisgestaltung und pflegst die strategisch langfristigen Beziehungen mit den Key Accounts.
  • Aus deiner Position im Headquarter stimmst du dich mit den lokalen Key Accountern in den Ländern ab und koordinierst zentrale Initativen.
  • Du etablierst und steuerst Workstreams (z.B. für Produkteinführungen, Listungen, Revenue Growth Management Projekte, etc.) für die optimale Zusammenarbeit zwischen Headquarter und Ländergesellschaften.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für das internationale (Trade-) Marketing und stehst mit den Kolleg*innen im engen Austausch. 
  • Neben operativen Themen bist du ebenfalls in die Ausarbeitung, Umsetzung und Steuerung strategischer Projekte involviert. 
Dein Profil: Du erfindest uns immer wieder neu.
  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Key Account Management in der FMCG-Branche (Food).
  • Ein Werdegang in zwei unterschiedlichen Unternehmen sowie Berührungspunkte/erste Erfahrung mit international agierenden Handelspartnern wäre eine echtes Plus.
  • Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber allen Stakeholder-Gruppen aus und du hast Freude am Verhandeln.
  • Deine ausgeprägten konzeptionellen und analytischen Fähigkeiten ergänzt du mit hoher Motivation und aktivem, strategischem Gestaltungswillen.
