Key Account Manager

Sunstate Equipment is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to expand our high-volume customer base and strengthen partnerships with existing strategic accounts.  In this role, you will develop and manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across local, regional, and national markets.

The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in growing Sunstate’s market presence by working closely with branch teams to deliver exceptional service, timely equipment solutions, and seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and secure new high-volume accounts
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
    • Identify opportunities to grow market share and revenue
    • Partner with branch teams to deliver timely equipment solutions and outstanding service

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience (construction or equipment industry preferred)
    • General knowledge of construction equipment
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
