Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to provide vital support to our key stakeholders and to ensure the flawless execution of key initiatives. This unique role blends the strategic foresight of executive support with the hands-on drive of project management. You will be the operational linchpin for leaders, directly contributing to our growth by managing deadlines, preparing critical materials, and coordinating high-stakes projects. Success requires impeccable professionalism, a keen sense of urgency, and the ability to manage complexity with calm and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination & Execution: Own and drive cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. This includes creating timelines, tracking deliverables, managing stakeholder communication, and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Strategic Meeting & Material Preparation: Prepare presentation decks, reports, and briefing documents for key-stakeholder and partner meetings. Ensure all materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time.
  • Key Initiative Support: Act as a key coordinator for key initiatives. Assist with tracking, milestone follow-ups, communication, and the coordination of project materials between internal teams and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek to improve the efficiency of executive workflows and project coordination processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced role blending project coordination, executive assistance, or operations.
  • Initiative & Proactivity: A self-starter who anticipates needs and takes ownership without being directed.
  • Exceptional Executive Function: Superior ability to prioritize, context-switch, and manage multiple high-stakes tasks under pressure.
  • Professionalism & Discretion: Demonstrated experience handling sensitive information with integrity, poise, professionalism, and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Brilliant Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Detail-Oriented Executor: Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to flawless follow-through.
