Essential Functions
- Identify guest issues by touching tables and report to manager quickly to ensure our guests have a positive experience.
- Responsible for the staff job functions when needed.
- Interact with guests ensure proper guest experience.
- Keep staff focused during shifts.
- Identify RAS issues and inform manager.
- In the absence of manager and KM, insure that all product from venders in received safely, in good condition, and stored properly.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional teamwork and guest focus.
- Attention to detail and a "everything matters'" attitude.
- Must be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week including nights and weekends.
