MAP PRODUCTION COORDINATOR


Full-Time Salary Position

Mass Media Innovations – Remote


Mass Media Innovations is a growing multimedia marketing company specializing in print advertising, digital media, and custom street and road guide maps distributed throughout the United States.


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Map Production Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role focuses on advertisement layout, print production, file preparation, and structured map production.


Candidates should live in the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area for onboarding and training purposes.


Compensation


Full-time salaried position

Salary range: approximately $52,000–$73,000 per year depending on experience


Responsibilities


Design and format print advertisements and marketing materials

Layout advertisements into printed street and road guide maps

Build and maintain structured map layouts with consistent spacing and alignment

Prepare files for high-quality print production and printer submission

Make revisions and updates to advertisements and layouts as needed

Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple map projects

Work independently after training while meeting deadlines and production standards


Qualifications


Graphic design or production layout experience preferred

Experience with:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Advanced Photoshop

InDesign

FreeHand

QuarkXPress

PageMaker

Canva or similar design software

Strong eye for layout, spacing, alignment, and print production quality

Ability to follow structured production systems

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
