Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Food Service Manager to join our 1-year rotational program who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment. As part of a forward-thinking team supporting our corporate client in Beaverton, OR you will help employees realize their full potential and lead their healthiest, most active lifestyles. This isn't your typical Food Service role; you will have the opportunity to rotate through our various elevated corporate dining operations.  In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing innovative dining solutions that delight our customers and meet their evolving tastes. You'll gain team management experience while ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment where guests order freshly prepared meals from a diverse menu.

Qualifications
  • Ideal applicants will graduate between December 2025 and August 2026. The program starts between May and August 2026 based on the area of the business. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start of the program. 
  • Students with a degree or background in hospitality, business, culinary, food service, or facilities management preferred
  • Candidates with excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills  
  • Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 
Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $60,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
