MAP Coordinator (RN)

Normal working hours Monday -Friday 9am -5pm ( with some flexibility if needed) salaried $85,000.00

Lead, teach, and make a real impact in mental health care.

The Edinburg Center is looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to lead our MAP Training Program while providing community-based care and support. This is a unique role-blending training, leadership, and hands-on nursing.

What You Are:

  • MA RN license (BSN preferred)
  • 1+ year mental health experience
  • Driver’s license amp; reliable vehicle
  • Ability to become MAP Trainer amp; CPR/AED Instructor (within 3 months)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate MAP trainings amp; recertifications
  • Teach First Aid/CPR/AED classes
  • Mentor and support staff toward certification success
  • Provide community-based nursing care and education
  • Conduct audits to ensure safe medication practices
  • Collaborate on person-centered treatment plans
