About this Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across various phases. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support procurement activities, including reviewing bids and tracking materials.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, change orders, and communications.
  • Help identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,
  • 20+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
