About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate Key Hourly Manager to join our energetic and passionate team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about delivering excellent coffee, breakfast, pastries and customer service. This is a full time position and requires open availability.
Responsibilities

  • Oversee all barista training and maintain consistency in daily operations
  • Run shifts alongside salary management properly and efficiently
  • Management of cash drawers and deposits
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, specialty beverages, breakfast dishes and pastries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, equipment, and dining areas
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with catering or special event preparations as needed
  • Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
  • Previous barista and food industry roles with customer service experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
