Key Assistant Commercial Property Manager Responsibilities
- Assistant with oversite of daily operations of commercial properties
- Maintain positive tenant relations and provide responsive customer service
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations
- Assist with reviewing leases, tenant requests, and operational matters as needed
- Manage multiple priorities and shifting duties in a dynamic environment
- Assist with Cam Recs and lease administration
Assistant Commercial Property Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience with Yardi or Kardin is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate situations with multiple solutions
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to take on expanded responsibilities over time
- Colorado Real Estate License is a plus
