Mercy McAuley High School is a Catholic college preparatory school for young women. It is a sponsored ministry of the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas and is a member of Mercy Education. Mercy McAuley proudly supports over 24,000 alumnae from our prestigious schools, Mother of Mercy, McAuley and Mercy McAuley High Schools.
Named "Top Places to Work" by Cincinnati Enquirer in 2025, Mercy McAuley is hiring a Gala Coordinator to join the advancement team. The Gala Coordinator plays a pivotal role on the Advancement Team in organizing and executing the annual Moonlight Gala ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. This part-time position (10-20 hours per week dependent on the time of year, 9 months annually) requires meticulous planning, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. The Gala Coordinator ensures all aspects of the Gala are fulfilled, from marketing to participant and volunteer engagement and post-event follow-up. This position works to achieve the fullest attainment of the mission and vision and to continue the charism of the Sisters of Mercy in the school.
