Help create a beautiful and organized auction experience!

Each spring, Gilda's Club Minnesota hosts a fundraising gala with a silent auction. As the Logistics & Display Coordinator, you'll organize auction items, prepare them for the event, and help create attractive displays that encourage guests to explore and bid. If you enjoy organizing, decorating, or bringing order to lots of moving pieces, this role is a great fit.

You'll work closely with staff to prepare everything needed before the Gala so event day runs smoothly.

You'll:

  • Organize auction items as they arrive.
  • Help prepare displays and package auction items.
  • Assist with transporting and setting up the auction at the venue.
  • Help ensure everything is organized for event day.

We'll provide:

  • A timeline and organizational system.
  • All display materials and supplies.
  • Guidance on packaging and presentation.
  • Staff support throughout the process.

Time Commitment: Flexible throughout the Gala planning process, with additional time during the week of the gala and on the day of the event.
