Reporting Relationship: This position will report to the Head of Events
Purpose: We are seeking a highly organized, revenue-minded, and hospitality-driven professional to provide dedicated ownership over two high-impact areas: auction strategy & execution and celebrity/VIP travel coordination for our Golf, Gala, and select third-party events. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and brings both operational excellence and strong relational intelligence.

Responsibilities:
Lead Auction Strategy & Execution
ยท Own all live and silent auction planning and execution
ยท Source and secure high-value auction items and experiences
ยท Develop pricing strategy aligned with donor psychology and revenue goals
ยท Manage auction platforms, timelines, and on-site execution
ยท Oversee post-event fulfillment and donor stewardship
ยท Track revenue performance and identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in event management, fundraising, hospitality, travel logistics, or related field

  • Experience interacting with high-touch donors, executives, or VIP stakeholders preferred
  • Exceptional organization, follow-through, and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
