Job Purpose and Impact

The Trade Execution Coordinator will coordinate and execute moderately complex trade execution activities. In this role you'll be responsible for the end-to-end administration, validation, and control of commercial contracts and related derivatives activities across multiple product lines. The role ensures accurate contract execution, pricing, hedging, amendments, reporting, and compliance in line with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and commercial timelines, while supporting process efficiency and automation initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage sales contracts to ensure their clauses are fully understood and executable, to guarantee legal and fiscal requirement compliance.
  • Execute contracts for different trade flows, supporting the strategy of the different product lines existing within the business group strategy.
  • Ensure the review of operational metrics, maintain accurate controls and deliver according the expectations of trade execution processes.
  • Maintain and foster established relationships with Trading, Trade Execution, Risk, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Support Trading with pricing execution, port declarations, position reporting and futures-related operational controls.
  • Input and validate futures transactions, hedges, EFPs, give-ups, BOTs, and pricing mechanisms using platforms such as SAP, FTS, Neovest, Matchbook, QEP.
  • Perform daily pricing, hedge administration, PIT/POT, slates, and end-of-day reconciliations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Experience analyzing legal contracts
  • Deep knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Experience managing and planning import and export processes, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise in a global matrixed company.
