About the Opportunity2026 marks a landmark year for Eastland Food Corporation: our 45th anniversary. For over four decades, we have been the bridge between the best flavors of Asia and the American table. Today, Asian cuisine is the fastest-growing food segment in the United States, and we are right at the center of that growth.
We are looking for a seasoned, food-passionate Sales Director to join our leadership team. This is a role for someone who loves the strategy of big-box retail as much as the relationships of the independent grocery world. If you want to lead a dedicated sales force and represent brands that people truly love, we want to hear from you.

  • The Essentials:Asian Best rice, Maesri curry, and LKK sauces.

Your Role and ImpactAs a Sales Representative at Eastland Food Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important clients. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as key account manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
