Responsibilities

Oceanview is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven professional for a new hybrid role supporting the Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) and National Accounts teams. This role focuses on developing key partnerships, executing sales strategies, and supporting integration efforts to drive growth. Acting as a strategic partner to the National Accounts VP, the role provides high-level support, generates actionable sales insights, and collaborates across teams to meet business objectives.

ย RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver marketing support to IMO personnel through webinars, conference calls, presentations, and other sales tools.
  • Manage relationships, sales efforts, and marketing expectations for IMOs and other high-potential agencies (โ€œKey Accountsโ€).
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with Key Accounts through consistent communication and in-person visits.
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor products and positioning to inform strategic recommendations and enhance Oceanviewโ€™s market presence.
  • Develop impactful sales presentations, reports, and communications to drive engagement and support partner growth.
  • Foster strong collaboration between IMO and National Accounts to optimize revenue opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Lead sales-driven integration initiatives between IMO and National Accounts to ensure strategic alignment and execution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, internal or field wholesaler
  • Experience supporting or working within the IMO channel or similar strategic initiative environment is a plus.
  • Understanding Oceanviewโ€™s products and competitive landscape is essential
  • Strong communication and presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

LOCATION and COMPENSATION:

  • This role will be based in either Denver, CO
  • This role will be Hybrid (Tues โ€“ Thurs in the office if not traveling for business purposes)
  • Travel is up to 50% throughout the year which includes evenings, weekends and is required to support key accounts, attend industry events, and strengthen field relationships
  • Base compensation is expected to be $114,000 โ€“ 125,000* with the opportunity for incentive compensation including bonus compensation.ย
