WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Role:
An exciting and challenging position exists as the Manager, Key Accounts within CoolIT's Business Development Department. As a leader on the Business Development team, you will be a key contributor to CoolIT's continued and aggressive growth, supporting the company's client relationship and revenue growth strategy with key accounts and channel partners.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee commercial aspects of your team's client relationships, including program pipeline, product forecast, and new product development, including pricing, schedules, and escalations.
  • Responsible for the team's strategy and development of account plans of Cloud Service Providers that result in double-digit YoY revenue growth.
  • Be the voice and a strong advocate for our clients within the company; continuously strive for and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manages a diverse team of Key Account Managers who are responsible for building our program pipeline and sustaining a product portfolio with various cloud service providers.
  • Ensure your team adheres to the selling process.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to generate industry-leading sales collateral and proposals.
  • Continuously engage with and learn from the Product and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of our hardware and services, ensuring client feedback makes its way into our products.
  • Engage regularly in the review and negotiation of various client-related contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • International travel (20% or greater).

WHO YOU ARE:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles, focused on large enterprise IT companies.
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business plans and initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more, as well as cross-functional contributors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of data center and IT markets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct contacts at the big 5 hyperscalers in infrastructure or silicon programs.
  • Awareness of data center cooling strategies.
