As a Key Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value clients, leading multi-level relationships across functions and regions.     Own and develop multi-level client relationships across a portfolio of Key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
  • Serve as the customer's advocate within ALTOUR-coordinating internally across operations, program optimization, sourcing, finance, technology, and leadership teams
  • Lead client conversations focused on growth, program performance, cost optimization, traveler experience, and continuous improvement
  • Operate within ALTOUR's Key Account Management engagement model, delivering outcomes through a structured, consistent cadence
  • Lead Management Business Reviews (MBRs) as working sessions focused on insights, actions, and measurable outcomes
  • Lead bi-annual Business Reviews to demonstrate value, align on strategy, and define forward-looking roadmaps
  • Ensure engagements are insight-led, decision-focused, and outcome-driven-not retrospective reporting
  • Maintain oversight of portfolio commercial performance, proactively supporting sustained EBITDA and growth
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights tied to cost optimization, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Program ROI, NESR, adoption, compliance, efficiency, and traveler experience
  • Provide proactive, data-backed recommendations that improve program performance and maturity
  • Drive revenue growth through expansion, upsell, and whitespace identification, in partnership with Sales and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify risk signals and performance gaps, executing recovery and optimization strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with regional and in-country teams to ensure consistent global service delivery while balancing standardization and local requirements
  • Maintain oversight of data integrity, servicing models, and operational consistency
  • Drive execution discipline with clear actions, ownership, and timelines from every engagement
  • Ensure internal alignment and follow-through to deliver on commitments and expectations
  • Contribute to the evolution of ALTOUR's Key Account Management model and share best practices across the Account Management team
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success managing high-value accounts in complex, regional, or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience leading structured business reviews and formal client governance frameworks
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of value creation, profitability, and growth drivers
  • Deep knowledge of corporate travel, including operations, technology, sourcing, and data analytics
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, performance-driven, and partner-led environment
  • High EQ, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complexity into clear direction and action
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and continuous program improvement
