Build your future with us  

Our Customer Care Center is currently seeking an associate account manager to support the agency management of client policies and assist account managers within an assigned regional team to service policyholder accounts. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus based on company and individual performance. 

Be ready to:

  • communicates with policyholders to request information for underwriting and agency file
  • processes activities generated in EPIC (Agency Management System) to maintain accurate account information
  • monitors emails received in the Care Center, certificates, and Bond Outlook mailboxes
  • perform download process for Personal Lines and Bond transactions
  • gathers information from policyholders for endorsements, updates agency system, and submits to underwriting team for processing
  • prints audit letters and mails to policyholder on behalf of the agency
  • follows up on behalf of Account Manager on Loss Control recommendations
  • manages cancellation activity, including securing a signed LPR from the policyholder prior to submitting to underwriting team
  • issuance of Bond policies and certificates of Insurance

Bring education and experience from:

  • an active property and casualty insurance license is preferred; however, candidates will be required to obtain within 3 months of hire
  • a high school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
