Job description

Are you passionate about employee development, operational excellence, and creating engaging training programs? We are seeking an experienced Training Supervisor to lead and oversee all training activities within a dynamic logistics and distribution environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that support warehouse operations and ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed. You will oversee new hire orientations, safety training, process training, forklift training, code of conduct training, and ongoing workforce development for both permanent and temporary employees.

The Training Supervisor will partner closely with Operations leadership, Human Resources, staffing agencies, and QSHE teams to establish and maintain a sustainable training structure. This position will also drive training compliance, conduct audits, manage training documentation and matrices, support SOP development, oversee cross-training initiatives, and provide guidance to process and forklift trainers. A key focus of the role is creating a positive onboarding experience and serving as a resource for new hires as they transition into their positions.

The ideal candidate will have prior training experience, preferably within a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment. Strong presentation, communication, coaching, and leadership skills are essential. A Train-the-Trainer certification is highly preferred.

If you enjoy helping teams grow, building effective training programs, and making a lasting impact on organizational success, we'd love to hear from you.
