NOW HIRING – TRAINING SUPERVISOR-Bilingual

Flower Mound, TX | $75,000/year

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Join a growing distribution center as our Training Supervisor!

- What You’ll Do

  • Lead onboarding and training programs for warehouse associates
  • Create and improve training materials, SOPs, and job aids
  • Coach employees and reinforce best practices on the warehouse floor
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, and leadership teams
  • Track training effectiveness and identify skill gaps
  • Support training for new processes, systems, and technology
  • Work in a combination of hands-on and administrative responsibilities

- Required

  • Minimum 2 years of training leadership experience
  • Warehouse, distribution, or logistics training experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish – Required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Experience with LMS and training records
  • Strong Microsoft Office/PowerPoint skills
  • Experience developing SOPs and training materials
  • Ability to work with WMS systems such as HighJump, JDE, or RLS
  • No degree required – experience is what matters!

  • Monday–Friday, day shift
  • Flexible start time: approximately 6 AM–3 PM, 7 AM–4 PM, or 8 AM–5 PM
  • Occasional Saturday support during peak periods
  • Fully climate-controlled facility
