You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between frontline staff and upper management, driving performance goals, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team operations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Direct daily workflows and assign shifts and tasks to team members.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Report activity metrics and performance outcomes to upper management.
- Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and upper management, ensuring clear communication and understanding of company objectives.
