Job description

Garagewerx of Texas installs premium epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We are not a volume, cheap-coating company. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial flooring systems that require precision, craftsmanship, and accountability.

We are hiring a high-performing Lead Installer who leads from the front, understands what it takes to provide outstanding customer service and inspires the crew to uphold those standards.

This is a working leadership role.

You will be installing alongside your crew — grinding, cutting in, broadcasting — while owning the final result.

If you prefer supervising without installing, this is not the right fit.

What This Role Is

• A hands-on crew leader

• Accountable for final floor quality

• Responsible for production pace and crew direction

• A craftsman who takes pride in flawless execution

If your name is on the job, it meets our standard.

Required Experience

• 5+ years verifiable concrete coating experience

• High proficiency in epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems

• Strong surface prep knowledge (grinding, crack repair, joint fill)

• Consistent flake & quartz broadcasting at medium, heavy, and full densities

• Experience with metallic and solid color systems

• Ability to identify moisture or adhesion risks before they become failures

You should understand why coatings fail — and how to prevent it.

Leadership Expectations

• Lead by example — not from a distance

• Keep crew focused and productive

• Maintain clean, professional job sites

• Protect quality over shortcuts

• Communicate clearly with customers when needed

This role requires Tenacity.

We finish what we start — correctly.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Reliable working smartphone

• 2+ years towing experience

• 2+ years box truck driving experience

• Able to lift 75 lbs

• Comfortable working on hands and knees

• Fluent English

• Pass background check and drug screening

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable transportation to our Plano shop

Compensation

$25–35 per hour based on experience and leadership ability.

Top-tier pay is reserved for proven high-level installers who consistently produce clean, efficient, callback-free work while leading a crew effectively.

Weekly compensation.

Performance and safety incentives.

Opportunity to grow into higher leadership as we expand.

Who Thrives Here

• Installers who take ownership

• Installers who care about details

• Installers who want long-term growth

• Installers who hold themselves accountable

We are building high-performing crews.

If you want to be part of that foundation, apply now.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.
