  • Responsible for supporting business unit operations through financial reporting, inventory control, flight attendant reporting inclusive of recurrent and initial training, and ad-hoc project management as needed to support business unit goals.
  • This role is a part of the Inflight Training Team within our Inflight group.
What you'll do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced.  Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

  • Responsible for weekly departmental performance tracking and reporting
  • Support the development and maintenance of annual departmental operating and special assignment budget
  • Responsible for all ILT, WBT, and pay exception tracking and reporting
  • Supports Inflight Safety and Security through Known Crewmember (KCM) qualification audits
  • Identifies business problems, outline strategic options, define success, and gain consensus among stakeholders
  • Develops and delivers presentations for business cases and recommendations on key initiatives to Senior Management, as needed
  • Interfaces with a variety of internal functional areas including Procurement, Finance, Tech Ops, and Flight for strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Engage with, develop, and maintain relationships with union partners (APFA) to assist with research and inquiry resolution
  • Create, maintain, and publish Inflight Training Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual (ITAPPM) documentation
  • Support flight attendant qualification issuance and audits, as needed
  • Flex to support additional tasks and responsibilities as required
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • 1 year experience in Financial reporting, modeling, and tracking
  • 1 year of project management experience
  • Experience with Data Visualization software (Power Bi, Tableau)
  • Ability to flex to support weekends and holidays based on the business unit requirements

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Understanding of Inflight Training Operations
  • Understanding of Comply365
  • Understanding of Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Advanced knowledge of FOS
  • Knowledge of Flight Attendant CBA
